GUNNS former chairman John Gay is tipped to reveal whether he will defend insider trading charges brought against him by the corporate regulator when he appears in a Launceston court tomorrow.
Mr Gay is required to appear in court and is expected to make a plea.
The 68-year-old has been charged with two counts of ilÂlegally disposing of shares in Gunns before price-sensitive information was released to the market.
