The packaging defect means there is a risk of small pieces of clear plastic film separating from the outside of the tube, which may pose a choking hazard, especially for small children.

"While we believe the risk to the consumers is low, we are recalling all potentially affected products as a precautionary measure," the company says.

No other products are affected

Any consumer who has purchased any of these products is asked to return it to the point of purchase for a refund.
