DAVE Neville, Joy Larchin and Toni Neville have given 60 years of service to Mount Isa's Royal Flying Doctor Service between them.
This year each of them marks their 20 year anniversary with the charity group.
Joy Larchin started her work with the RFDS when her husband landed the role as base manager in Mount Isa.
"We didn't really know that much about the RFDS and the work they do at the time and it's been 30 years since then so I've learnt a lot," she said.
"I joined the Auxiliary about 20 years ago and I'm still going."
She said most of her work with the group had been in catering.
"The majority of what we do is catering functions, so we're at most of the events around the North West," she said.
"People would have seen us at the Gregory Canoe Races, the Cloncurry Show, McKinlay Races, Battle of the Mines and other events."
Both Ms Larchin and Mr Neville said their work with the RFDS over the years had been rewarding.
Right now the RFDS Auxiliary only has about seven active members.
In its prime the group had about 20 to 30 members.
"We'd love to get some more people in the group," Mr Neville said.
"It's very worthwhile work and a great way to get involved in the community."
Mr Neville said he would also like to get some more "young blood" in the Auxiliary.
"The average age would be about 50 if not 60 at the moment, so we'd love to get some young ones in who could run rings around us oldies."
Base manager Karen Spicer said the dedication of the three individuals continued to amaze her.
"To work with such community spirit over the past two decades is incredible," she said.
"They do such a great job, we wouldn't be able to continue to fly without them."
