25 May, 2009 11:59 AM
Santa Fe, a 4100-hectare cattle property in central Queensland is under offer through Ray White Rural at Rockhampton.

According to The Australian Financial Review, Santa Fe is 170 kilometres from Rockhampton and 67 km south west of Marlborough.

It features 4.5 km of Mackenzie River frontage, as well as 15 dams, one bore, and an ana-branch to provide an abundance of water.

It offers developed brigalow softwood and river country carrying an excellent stand of buffel grass and is fenced into 15 paddocks with laneways and stockyards, all in good order.

According to the agents, Mackenzie River properties rarely come onto the market.

Santa Fe has been in the same family ownership for 40 years.
